Collect an Application Form from any of our offices, complete it and return it to our office or fill a form online.
Thereafter you will be given an Offer Letter from our Head Office in Tantra-Hill, Accra.
DEPOSITS AND ALLOCATIONS
Before an allocation will be made, certain conditions must be met. These are as follows
• Receipt of written confirmation of acceptance of offer as well as a copy of our Sales Agreement duly executed by you.
• Receipt of initial deposit of 40% of the total cost of the house on offer.
After allocation, the following programme of payment will apply:
• 45% - Stage Payment at Roofing Level
• 15% - Final Payment at Closing
